**Please ensure that you read our Terms and Conditions page within the website and adhere to these before making a reservation**

Monthly Rentals.

  1. To book go to the 'monthly rental' page and click on your chosen pushchair. It will show the deposit amount. Minimum rental is 3 months.
  2. Then continue through to checkout where you can pay the deposit.
  3. Once payment for deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and an estimated delivery date.
  4. Just before your delivery date, we will send you an email to set up the monthly payments.
  5. Once completed, your pushchair will be despatched via our couriers on a day to suit you.
 Holiday Rental.
 
** Please allow 14 days clearance before your holiday dates when booking. Thank you. **
  1. Go to our Holiday Rentals shop page and choose the items that will suit your needs.
  2. Against each item you will see an amount for 'Holiday Per Week'. Click 'Add to Cart' to be taken through to paypal where you can specify how many weeks needed and/or how many extra days required. Please ensure you update your cart when changing the numbers to ensure the correct amount is paid. Minumum rental period is seven days for actual hire items.
  3. You will finally be taken through to paypal where you will have to pay the full amount up front. Please ensure in paypal you specify the dates you are travelling including the date of arrival that you want delivery for and the date of departure. Please also include the full name and address of the place you are staying at including a telephone number.
  4. Once done you will receive a confirmation email and order number.
  5. All you have to then do is sit back and wait for your holiday... Your items will be there for when you arrive!
FAQ.
 
 
How long is delivery?
 
For some of our bestsellers then delivery can take upto 3 weeks, but we do keep you informed of the progress and also try to deliver before this time.
 
Can I pay any other way?
 
Yes we accept cheques and postal orders. On placing order online, please send payment within 7 days to confirm the order. Alternatively, you can pay on phone/email via Credit/Debit card if you don't want to use Paypal. Please email us and we can call you back.

What happens if I want to cancel my contract?

You have a 7 day cooling off period from the date you pay the deposit. If you change your mind within this time then your full refund will be given back.

How is my pushchair delivered?

Your pushchair is delivered via our Couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot specify times only dates. We can do a Saturday delivery, but this costs £20 more. Please contact us for further details before placing your order.

Do you deliver abroad?

Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot deliver abroad. However, we are quite happy if you wish to have your items delivered to your home address and then you take this abroad on your holidays. If you are going on holiday to Costa Del Sol in Spain, please visit our partners Push & Go for Pushchair Rentals.

Do you deliver to Ireland?

We can do but postage costs are higher so please contact us before placing an order for a quotation.

I have a Gift Voucher, how do I use it?

Please email us on mail@rentabuggy.co.uk with the voucher number and which items you would like to order. We will then confirm your order and payment details.

If I like the pushchair can I buy it off Rentabuggy?

We now offer a service where if you like the pushchair and you want to keep it, we can sell it to you at a discounted retail price.
